Teresa (Pennacchio) Cautillo, 88 years of age, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2020 in Boston. She was born in San Sossio Baronia, Avellino, Italy on April 10, 1932 to Giuseppe Pennacchio and Filomena DelVecchio. She emigrated from Italy in 1963 with her beloved husband Giovanni Cautillo and their six children. They had one more child in Boston and became permanent residents of Revere, MA.

She was a devoted and loving mother to Alfonso Cautillo and his wife Patricia of Middleboro, the late Geraldine Cautillo, Joseph Cautillo of Ispwich, Phyllis Little and her husband Michael of Las Vegas, Nevada, Carmine Cautillo and his wife Lisa of Winthrop, Maria Anderson and her husband Bryan of Las Vegas, Nevada and Jean Zafiris and her husband John of Billerica. Adored grandmother of Christopher, Robert, Amanda, Michael, Matthew, Daniel, James, Leah, Tyler, Andrew, Ashley and John Paul. Beloved great grandmother of Jameson and Nolan. She is survived by many nieces and nephews here in the U.S and Italy.

Teresa loved tending to her garden and enjoying her family, especially for Sunday dinners and cooking with ingredients from her garden.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic all services are private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Teresa’s name to a charity of your choice.

Me deepest sympathies to all of the Cautillo family on the loss of your Mom. She was a truly wonderful Matriarch of a beautiful family that I've had the pleasure of knowing and spending time with. May happy memories bring you some comfort during your times of sorrow.
