From the West (Medford, Everett, etc):

Route 16 East to 1A South, then by Holiday Inn on the Left, Take first Right then first Left (Chelsea St), go to end of street (Maverick Station) around to the right, then first left. 

From the South (Boston):

Through Callahan Tunnel, take local exit (first exit), first Right (Paris Street) go to end of parking lot on left. We are on the corner of Paris Street and Henry Street.
